Yes, You Can.

Be Motivated!, Personal

No, it’s not National Mental Health Awareness Day. It’s not even Suicide Prevention or Self-Harm Prevention Day. I’m just click-hopping for the sake of looking for inspiration before I get down to working, when I saw this PostSecret Card again:

7-charm 9-charm

Like this card says, you do have a choice.

Whether you’re within the Bell Curve of Normalcy (meaning you’re a normal, fully-functioning person), who’s just going through some tough times, or you’re leaning towards the “Crazy” parts of mental health, there’s absolutely no reason why you have to let your state of mental health, or whatever label that your psychiatrist put on you, define who you are for the rest of your life.

This cutter was able to stop a supposedly compelling, unstoppable, insurmountable habit. Whatever you’re going through, you can triumph over it, too.

No mountain is too high. Whether it’s depression, drugs, or a deep debt. Just keep going, you’ll eventually conquer that thing.

And no, don’t tell me, “It’s easy for you to say, you aren’t going through tough times. You aren’t a cutter, suicidal, or a depressive.”

Well, you have no idea how closely I can relate. I have had my mountains to climb; they may not be exactly similar to yours, but it might be as hard to climb. And one thing I realized, is that, as long as I keep going, as long as I’m willing to accept help when I can’t go on anymore, I keep moving.

And you can, too.

Let’s do this. Let’s survive Life. 😉

Happy Tuesday, LiveWealthier friends! 🙂
